Furniture Removal in Phoenix
Old couch, new floor space.
Sectionals, sleeper sofas, dressers, dining sets, mattresses, box springs — we haul anything you can't (or don't want to) move yourself.
About our furniture removal service
Furniture removal in Phoenix is harder than it looks. Sectionals don't fit through the front door. Sleeper sofas weigh 250 lbs with a hidden steel frame. King mattresses don't bend down a staircase. CNC handles all of it — disassembly, padding, stair carries, and disposal — at one flat price.
Whether you're swapping out a single recliner or clearing a whole house before listing, our 2-person crews arrive with tools, dollies, blankets, and the muscle to move heavy pieces without scratching your baseboards or your back. If a piece is in good shape, we route it to Arizona donation partners and email you the receipt for tax purposes.
We see every kind of furniture across the Valley — mid-century pieces in Arcadia, oversized sectionals from Scottsdale model homes, RTA furniture from college apartments in Tempe, and patio sets baked through ten Phoenix summers. We've moved them all and we know how to get yours out fast.

What we take
- ●Sofas, loveseats, sectionals, sleeper sofas, recliners
- ●Beds: frames, headboards, box springs, mattresses (all sizes)
- ●Dressers, armoires, wardrobes, nightstands
- ●Dining tables, chairs, hutches, china cabinets
- ●Desks, office chairs, bookcases, filing cabinets

What affects the price
Single piece flat rate starts at $89. Each additional piece scales down per unit.
Solid wood, oversized sectionals, and sleeper sofas with steel frames carry a small heavy-item adder.
Ground-floor curb pickup is cheapest. Second-floor walk-up or tight hallways add a flat stair/access fee.
Bed frames, sectionals, and bulky desks are broken down at no extra labor cost — tools included.
Arizona local know-how
- 🌵Phoenix bulk trash misses most furniture between quarterly pickups — schedule a haul instead of risking an HOA violation.
- 🌵Donation centers in the Valley (Goodwill, St. Vincent) reject stained, ripped, or smoke-exposed upholstery. We'll tell you upfront what's donate-eligible.
- 🌵Apartment communities in Tempe and Scottsdale often require COI before move-out hauls — we provide it free.
We treat your $80 IKEA dresser and your $4,000 leather sectional the same way: with care, padding, and zero damage to your home.
