Hot Tub Removal in Phoenix
Drained, dismantled, gone.
Hot tubs, spas, and swim spas — drained, dismantled, and hauled. Even tight side-yard access.
About our hot tub removal service
Phoenix hot tubs hit retirement around year 8–12. Pumps die, jets clog, the cabinet wood rots in the sun, and suddenly you have a 700-pound fiberglass shell taking up half the patio. CNC removes hot tubs, spas, and swim spas across the Valley — drained on-site, cut into manageable sections with reciprocating saws, and hauled in a single visit.
We've pulled tubs through 36-inch gates in Arcadia, lifted them over 8-foot block walls in Scottsdale, and carried them down three flights of patio stairs in North Phoenix. Tight side-yard access is the norm in the Valley, and we bring the right gear (sawzalls, sledges, dollies, ramps) to handle every layout.
Optional add-ons: dismantling the deck or gazebo the tub sat on, capping the GFCI electrical, and disposing of cover lifters and chemical buckets. Single-day completion, every time.

How it works
- 1Photo + access check
Send photos of the tub and the path out (gate widths, stairs, overhangs). Flat quote in minutes.
- 2Drain on arrival
Crew arrives, drains the tub via siphon or shop pump into your yard or driveway.
- 3Cut + carry
Sawzall through the shell into sections light enough for two-person carry. Tarps protect your patio.
- 4Haul + clean
Sections to the trailer, debris swept, area left clean and ready for new use.
What we take
- ●Drain (siphon or pump)
- ●Cabinet removal (wood or composite)
- ●Shell cutting and sectioning
- ●Equipment pack (pumps, jets, heater) removal
- ●Site sweep and debris cleanup
- ✕Electrical disconnect at the panel (licensed electrician)

What affects the price
Standard 6–7 ft tub: $349–$549. Large 8 ft+ or swim spa: $649–$1,299.
Open driveway access is cheapest. Tight gates, stairs down, or crane-required jobs add a flat access fee.
Deck demo, gazebo removal, or concrete pad removal quoted as separate line items.
Wet tubs (un-drained) add labor time — we'll still take it, just slightly higher rate.
Arizona local know-how
- 🌵Phoenix monsoon season can flood the area we drain into — schedule outside July–September if possible, or we'll redirect drain to the street.
- 🌵Tubs on second-story decks in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley often need on-site sawing — confirm noise is OK with neighbors first.
- 🌵If you're replacing the tub, schedule removal 1–2 days before delivery to avoid double-stacking on the patio.
We've removed 600+ Valley hot tubs. We've seen every access challenge in Phoenix and we always finish in one visit.
