Wood is fastest. Metal takes longer (unbolting). Concrete pads add line-item cost.
Empty shed prices baseline. Add contents removal if interior isn't pre-cleared.
Open backyard access is cheapest. Through-the-garage or tight side-yard access adds a small fee.
